Burris XTR Signature 30mm Medium Rings

So I was using the FX no limits 30mm picatinny mounts and noticed a few times my scope was sitting a bit high although it didn't seem to be a problem I thought it may be making my airgun top heavy and not as balanced as it could be with using lower mounts.
So I had already known about these Burris mounts with the inserts which are great as not only do they allow loads of adjustment if needed but they also prevent your scope tube from being scratched and marked. I'd worked out I should get the medium sized mounts although they only look to be a little lower once I'd fitted them. I think they are actually about 5mm lower than the FX no limits mounts. I'd figured the short Burris mounts would maybe be too low and would cause my scope zoom adjuster to catch on the picatinny rail or atleast be very close to it which would mean mounting my scope further back by atleast 1 inch so it cleared the rail.
The mounts do not feel overly heavy being made from aluminium with steel clamps and 16 steel torx screws in total of which are very solid quality screws. Includes 8 insert pieces and 2 nice quality steel torx keys. I found them easy enough to fit and set up. I put the 5moa inserts at the front(-5 bottom +5 top) and the zero pair at the rear.
They are certainly well enough made and I can't really find any faults with them other than maybe that they use 6 screws per ring when 4 would probably have been enough.
A bit overkill maybe for a 12ft/lbs pcp no recoil airgun but I like the idea of the inserts and these are quite unique as theres not anything else available like them that I've seen.
