The company was founded in 1983 in Croatia but the Gunsmithing process and manufacturing of Mounts began already in 1990.

Long gone are the days of shops having to keep hundreds of different Mounts; Tikka, Sako, Ruger etc. Many of these are indeed still available but much simpler now is the option to convert these dedicated mounting systems with a standard Picatinny Rail for which conversions are available for most nowadays, especially on Dovetail receivers where the Picatinny Rail greatly enhances stability and security.
