As part of our commitment to offering the best in industry standards of customer service, we have recently introduced an enhanced exchange policy known as the “Scope Out Guarantee” (S.O.G). The aim of S.O.G is to take the risk out of buying an expensive optic. S.O.G gives our customers the chance to fully evaluate their purchase over a period of 60 days. If during this time they feel another scope fits their needs in terms of magnification, reticle or overall specification more closely, they can exchange and upgrade, retaining the original value of the scope as credit towards the replacement optic.
